Q. Explanation of our Level System

Our salon is on a level system and our prices vary due to the demand of our service providers’ time. All of our service providers are highly qualified: however, some have more demand on their time than others, and their prices reflect that.

Q. Appointments

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. We recommend scheduling spa packages three weeks in advance. We schedule appointments according to our specialists’ availability and specialty. If you are running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Arriving late will likely limit the time allocated for your service; it will lessen the effectiveness and most importantly your pleasure and enjoyment. As a courtesy to all clients our treatments are completed as scheduled. Thank you for your consideration and understanding.

Q. Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in our prices but are always appreciated. Gratuities are accepted as cash or check only.

Q. Cancellations

Because our services are reserved for you, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule and appointment.
